Is there a minimum order?
Caregifters Medical has no minimum.
Small orders are fulfilled with the same attention
to detail as any other order.
What are your shipping
policies?
Orders are shipped to your location
of choice by UPS Ground. Overnight and second day
shipments are available for an additional charge.
Please contact us for this special request.
When can I expect to
receive my order?
Stock items for orders received by 10:00
AM will usually ship the same day from our warehouse.
Length of delivery time may vary by your location,
although you can usually expect to receive your delivery
in 2-5 working/business days.
Can Caregifters meet
my large practice needs?
Caregifters Medical distributes for
most of the major medical product manufacturers from
four locations across the country. We have over 10,000
products available for shipment.
What is Caregifters
Return Policy?
For missing merchandise, damaged shipments
and defective products:
Please report all missing merchandise
to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of
receipt of your order. Occasionally, cases separate
during shipment; missing items should arrive within
1-2 working days
Products damaged in transit should be
refused at the time of delivery. UPS will then return
the product back to Caregifters Medical Supplies warehouse.
Caregifters customer service should be notified immediately
so that a replacement order can be expedited.
100% Credit will be given for incorrectly
shipped, damaged or defective products. Any notification
of missing or damaged products must be made within
3 days of the product delivery. Beyond the 3 day time
period, all requests will be denied and the invoice
must be paid in full.
Please choose carefully. Some personal
care items such as toilet seat risers are not returnable
due to sanitary restrictions.
Return Authorization,
Dissatisfaction with Products and Credits
If a client refuses a shipment and UPS
has to return the product(s), Caregifters will grant
a credit for the value of the products only, but not
the original freight and/or return freight charges.
In addition, Caregifters will assess a 20% Restocking
Fee.
If a client wants to return product(s),
please call within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise
with the date of purchase, invoice or order number,
product number and reason for returning the product.
The returned products must be unopened and in a resalable
condition. Some partial returns are not accepted.
Items subject to sanitary restrictions are not returnable.
Caregifters will then issue a UPS Call
Tag(s). The cost of the Call Tag(s) will be subtracted
from the total credit given for the returned merchandise.
Please note that the costs of Call Tags are the “original
freight charge” plus a UPS Surcharge of $5.50.
What about backorders?
If your order is placed on backorder,
we will notify you with an estimated time of delivery.
All backorders will be filled immediately upon receipt
from the manufacturer.

online?

What if I don't
find the item I need?
Simply contact one of our Customer Service
Representatives at (800) 897-8611. We have extensive
resources available to you at all times.
Some medical supplies and devices are
not available through Caregifters Medical Supplies.
Items such as diabetic shoes and inserts, specific
orthopedic devices that must be measured and fit specifically
for you and oxygen tanks/refills require a specialist
that is trained (or licensed) and should be obtained
through that local specialist.
